There are 65 units at Parkside including 4 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, 15 three-bedroom units, 8 four-bedroom units, and 4 five-bedroom units. There are 2 one-bedroom units are handicap accessible.  The Arthur H. Monroe Center was remodeled in early 2011.  A coin-operated laundry room is located in a separate room of the Monroe Center.  Parkside Apartments' management office is at 703 E. Park Street.
