The Gilmore Apartments have 32 apartments located on Westview Road and Gilmore Avenue, adjacent to the Westview property.  There are 6 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units,  8 four-bedroom units, and 2 five-bedroom units.  There are 2 five-bedroom units that are handicap accessible.  The Gilmore Apartments are in close proximity to a grocery store and laundry mat.  There are laundry hookups in the apartments.  The Gilmore Apartments also are close to the newly renovated Nancy J. Holtum Community Center and a playground.  In 2012 new energy efficient refrigerators and bathroom exhaust fans were installed in the units.  The Westview Office at 1425 Westview Road manages the Gilmore Apartments.
